100% real content.
When I opened My Adventures Across The World, I set myself the goal to always be honest and authentic – and at times even controversial – and to give my readers the best travel tips and hacks on a variety of travel destinations. In fact, my tagline is “the life and rants of an honest traveler!”
Through My Adventures Across The World, I strive to deliver the best content about all the destinations I visit to other independent travelers.
My Content Pillars
All the content you find on My Adventures Across The World is written by a human – AKA myself – for other real travelers, and despite the constant push towards AI, I intend to keep it that way.
You will see that almost all articles were written by me – there is an author bio at the bottom of each post, and the reason why it’s almost always me, it’s because I really wrote the post myself, after having visited the destination and based on my own travel experience.
There are occasional guest posts, clearly marked as such and where at the end you will find some background information on the amazing travel blogger who decided to contribute to my site.
It’s as you see it. I have actually been to all the places I write about on this site. Yes, there are many destinations mentioned on My Adventures Across The World, and I have been to all of them – in fact, I have visited some of them more than 5 or 6 times! I have always been a keen traveler and since 2015 this has been my only occupation, so that is a lot of traveling to write about.
What you won’t find on My Adventures Across The World is AI content. While more and more travel blogs are outsourcing content creation or using AI to deliver more content, I purely write based on my own experience. I refuse to give advice on a place I have not visited or an activity I have not experienced first hand.
Each article you find on My Adventures Across The World is the outcome of a trip to visit a destination, attraction and even hotel in person, and of extensive research where I check for facts and make sure that whatever I am delivering to you is accurate. I update my posts on a regular basis too, to deliver the most accurate information to help you plan your trip.
Reviews and Vetting
If you come across a review on My Adventures Across The World, whereas it is a tour, a hotel or a product (ie a backpack or suitcase) you can rest assured that I have tested it, and in fact that I have paid out of my pocket to do so. I occasionally do product reviews for gear I have been gifted, but you will always see that clearly labeled as such in my legal disclosure at the bottom of the post.
Updating Content
Articles on My Adventures Across The World are updated on a regular basis, and as often as necessary. This is done to make sure that the content you read is accurate and relevant, thus helping you better plan your trip.
