New York is an incredible city – the kind of place you fall in love with as soon as you set foot there (I only know too well!). But where are the best views in New York?
The short answer would be “anywhere” – because really, no matter how you look at it, New York is a gorgeous city. But I suppose this isn’t truly helpful if you are visiting New York for the first time and are looking for good photo opportunities.
Worry not! I used to live in New York, I have visited many times and I was there recently again, and I have checked out many places that offer beautiful views in New York.
I certainly have my favorite places for a great New York City view, but I am here to tell you about all the ones I know of. Here you will find a selection of completely free viewpoints in New York, a couple of rooftop bars, New York’s top viewing platforms that must be booked and paid in advance.
Ready to discover the best views of New York? Read on!
This list of New York views is by no means exhaustive! There are more places where you can go if you have more time – for example Hoboken in New Jersey, for a great encompassing view of Manhattan; and there is about a million rooftop bars!
My post The Best Things To Do In New York City shares information on the best things to do in the city – for first timers and for frequent visitors!

25 Places For The Best Views In New York
One World Observatory
You can get one of the best views in New York from the One World Observatory, the skyscraper located where the World Trade Center once stood, at the tip of Lower Manhattan – whereas all other skyscrapers in New York that have a viewing platform are located in Midtown Manhattan.
The skyscraper measures 541 meters (1,775 feet) – though that includes its spire, and it is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. The viewing platform is between the 100th and the 102nd floors, at a height of 386 meters (1,268 feet). This makes it the highest viewing platform in New York.
The elevator ride to the top lasts just 47 seconds. After that, you will enjoy a short audiovisual experience at the See Forever® Theater, after which the New York City views will open in front of your eyes.

Contrary to other observation decks in New York City, the One World Observatory is only indoors – there is no outdoor terrace here.
The One World Observatory is an incredible vantage point from where you can get 360° New York City views that go all the way to Upper New York Bay and the Statue of Liberty. It’s also the best place in New York to get views of the Hudson River well as Brooklyn Bridge on the other side.

What’s special about visiting the One World Observatory isn’t just the stunning views of the city you get from it, but also the significance of visiting a place that is connected to the sad events of 9/11.
There’s a café at the top floor that serves snacks and drinks – nothing memorable in my opinion!
You need to book your visit in advance as the One World Observatory works on a time-slot system and it’s one of the busiest attractions in New York. Make sure to buy your World Trade Center Observatory tickets ahead of your visit. Factor in about 1.5 hours for your visit.
For an even better view, go right before sunset.

The Empire State Building
The ones from the Empire State Building are easily the most iconic views in New York – at least when it comes to views from above.
Located in Midtown Manhattan, the viewing platform here is located on the 86th floor, at 320 meters (1,050 feet). That’s where the basic ticket to access will get you, but for an additional fee you can go all the way to the 102nd floor, located at 381 meters (1,250 feet).
This art deco skyscraper was completed in 1931 and since then it’s been featured in countless movies – such as King Kong. Upon visiting, you will go through a short exhibit to recall the many movies the Empire State Building has been featured in – which as I said include King Kong, but also Sleepless in Seattle.

Back when it was built, this was the highest building in the world. It may have lost its record since then, but definitely not its charm (if you are curious to see which are the tallest buildings in the world, check out this post).
I have been on the Empire State Building many times, and never tire of it! From up there you will be able to see all the way to Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty, as well as the Top of the Rock and obviously Midtown Manhattan.

For a quieter experience, you should opt for the first time-slot at 9:00 am. Otherwise, night views from the Empire State Building are fabulous.
I recommend booking your visit of the Empire State Building Observatory in advance and factor in about 90 minutes for your visit. Make sure to upgrade to the 102nd floor for even better views.
Tickets to the Empire State Building are also included in the New York City Pass.

Top of the Rock
The Top of the Rock at the Rockefeller Center dates from the 1930s and it’s a beautiful Art Deco building. It is by no means the tallest viewing platform in New York, and yet this remains my favorite place to get beautiful views in New York.
The viewing platform here is located between the 67th and the 70th floor, at 260 meters (850 feet).
You can really see it was never built to be a viewing platform as the space here is somewhat limited, but the New York City views are just breathtaking and there are various observation decks located on different levels that you can access (and you can go up and down as much as you wish, too).
So what makes it special?
First of all, from here you will see the other skyscrapers of Manhattan – the Empire State Building, One Vanderbilt, One World Observatory and the Edge, as well as lesser famous ones. On top of that, it’s the best place in the city for views over Central Park.

What makes visiting the Top of the Rock special is also the unique experience there. This is where the famous photo “Lunch Atop a Skyscraper” was taken in 1932. The iconic photo shows construction workers casually having lunch while sitting on a beam.
If you want, once at the Top of the Rock you can pay for the “beam experience.” You will be strapped on a beam and lifted up to get unobstructed views of Midtown Manhattan and Central Park.
A camera will take photos of you throughout the experience, but they are very low resolution so my recommendation – unless you are traveling alone – is to have a friend run up the upper terrace to take photos of you (that’s what my friend and I did).
If you want to go up the Top of The Rock, you need to book your Top of the Rock tickets in advance, because visits are timed. Tickets are also included in the New York City Pass. You should factor in around one hour for your visit – luckily there isn’t much of a line to get in.
SUMMIT One Vanderbilt
You can get one of the best views in New York from SUMMIT one Vanderbilt.
This observation deck opened in October 2021 (the building was inaugurated in September 2020), and it’s located on the 93rd floor of the One Vanderbilt skyscraper in Manhattan, at 325 meters (1,070 feet). From up there, you really appreciate 360° views of New York, which include that of the Empire State Building and Midtown Manhattan.
My friend and I visited on my most recent trip in New York. While she had mixed feelings about it (it is indeed the most touristy and crowded viewing platform in New York), I can tell you that to me it was an easy win and I can see why people love it.

First of all, from up there you will get some of the best New York City views: you can admire Manhattan, Central Park and get stunning views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building.
But visiting SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is not just about the views: here you will find three entire floors of art installations which make for a real fun experience. The three floors you get to visit are completely reflective – you will have to wear sunglasses and wear overshoes too (they will be provided to you upon entering).

The exhibit starts from the lower level and takes you all the way to the top terrace – once you reach the top terrace, you will be asked to take your overshoes off and won’t be allowed back on the lower levels.
You will first access a completely reflective room, then walk your way to the rest of the exhibit which (to me) culminates in a room that is literally full of balloons which are also reflective.
There is a terrace at the very top level, with a bar that serves snacks as well as drinks, including cocktails.
This is the most crowded viewing platform in New York, so you really need to book your visit well in advance. You should factor in about two hours for your visit – we stayed longer, but we really took our time and we stayed until sunset too.
You can get SUMMIT One Vanderbilt tickets on GetYourGuide – that’s what we used to book ours. We had a timed entry for 5:00 pm as the sunset time-slots are significantly more expensive – it’s worth noting that once you get in, you can stay in as long as you want.
The Edge
Located in Hudson Yard, the Edge is the highest observation deck in the Western Hemisphere. It’s located on the 100th floor, at 335 meters (1,100 feet).
There are two observation decks here from where you can enjoy really nice views of New York – one is indoor, and one outdoor, and you can see Manhattan and all the way to the Statue of Liberty.
There are bits on the outdoor platform where the glass floor allows you to see all the way to the ground level of Manhattan – though perhaps you may want to avoid this one if you are really afraid of heights!

The outdoor terrace also has a small arena – known as the Skyline Seats – where you can sit to take in the views. There is an indoor bar, as well as an outdoor one, in case you want to sip on something while you enjoy the view.
The overall experience is very relaxing, even though it can get quite crowded.
One additional experience you can have at the Edge is the City Climb Skyscraping Experience – though this is definitely not the place for you if you are afraid of heights! It’s truly an adrenaline filled thing to do in New York. You will be going up the highest open-air building ascent in the world. The views as you climb are indeed incredible.
You need to get Edge tickets in advance. Likewise, you will need to get tickets for the City Climb Skyscraping Experience. Upon booking, you will have to select a time slot for your visit. It never gets too crowded, but on occasions there’s a bit of a wait for the elevator. If you wish to avoid all lines, you can get an express ticket.

Little Island at Pier 55
For some of the best (and free) views in New York City, just head to Little Island. This is a public park that first opened in May 2021 and it is located literally on the Hudson River and very close to Chelsea and the famous High Line.
It’s a place where locals go to experience nature and art in the city (there’s an open-air theater that seats 687 spectators where you can attend a performance).
Take your time to wander around the lovely gardens, grab a drink at one of the concessions and then walk up for impressive views of Lower Manhattan in the distance.
Little Island is open every day, from very early in the morning to late at night. You can check the official website for specific opening hours.

Pier 57 Rooftop Park
For more beautiful views in New York, head to Pier 57 Rooftop Park. Pier 57 was restored and opened to the public again in Spring 2022. It is located right next to Little Island, along the Hudson River, so very easy to find – and it’s free to access too.
The rooftop here has 2 acres that offer incredible views of Lower Manhattan and New York Harbor.

It’s a fun place to visit in the spring and summer months. You can bring a picnic or grab food from one of the many food stands on the ground floor, and have a relaxing time while taking in the views of the city.
Pier 57 Rooftop Park is open daily from 6:00 am to 1:00 am and it is free to access.
The High Line
For unique and completely free views of New York, the High Line is a great place. It once was a railway viaduct cutting down the west side of Midtown Manhattan, and that was abandoned in the 1980s.
Since then, it’s been turned into an elevated park, which was opened in 2009 and which you can access from Chelsea Market or close to the Whitney Museum. Over the 2 km (1.2 miles) walk you can get great views of the Hudson River, the Edge and other skyscrapers of Manhattan, and there’s a lot of street art too along the way.
As I have said, the High Line is free to access for everyone. If you want, however, there are some fun and not too costly guided tours of the area – such as this one – that include a visit of Chelsea Market, the Meatpacking District as well as the High Line.
Times Square
Head to Times Square for one of the most iconic views in New York. LED billboards advertising all sorts of products (and likely costing a fortune) and the surrounding skyscrapers are the main thing to admire here.
The best spot for the views is one of the many rooftop bars in the area, but to be honest you can get fun (and free) views also from the ground level, without having to pay a dime.
If you want to try a rooftop, consider the R Lounge at the Renaissance Hotel Times Square, part of the Marriott chain. You will get great views and very good cocktails – but you must book in advance. Others you may want to check out are St. Cloud Rooftop Bar at the Knickerbocker Hotel or the 230 Fifth Rooftop Bar, one of New York’s best kept secrets.
The best views are obviously at night, when all the billboards are shining against the dark sky. However, that’s also when Times Square is busier as people are going in and out of theaters on Broadway. The experience can be quite overwhelming if I have to be honest. If you’d rather avoid that, you can go early in the morning when it’s a bit quieter.
Staten Island Ferry
For incredible, free views of New York, you can ride the Staten Island Ferry – but watch out! One of the most common scams in New York takes place right before embarking, with people trying to sell you tickets for something that is completely free.
The ferry ride lasts about 25 minutes. The ferry departs from Whitehall Terminal in Lower Manhattan and goes to St. George Terminal on Staten Island. The first views will be those of Lower Manhattan, then you will also be able to spot the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
Once you get to Staten Island, you’ll have to disembark and get back in line to get on the ferry to travel back to Manhattan.
The Staten Island Ferry works 24/7, every day. Remember it is free!
Statue of Liberty ferry, Liberty Island and the Statue of Liberty Crown
A tour of the Statue of Liberty is one of the top things to do in New York. The visit of this iconic attraction normally starts with a ferry ride from Battery Park, in Lower Manhattan. The ride itself is a great chance to admire New York City’s skyline in all its glory. The boat has plenty of space for you to take stunning photos.
You will not only see Lower Manhattan, but you will also get impressive views of the Statue of Liberty as you approach the island.

Once you disembark, you have the option of walking around Liberty Island (where the statue is located), going up the Pedestal and – for an additional fee – you can also climb to the Statue of Liberty Crown.
The best views once you disembark are from the Pedestal – you can see Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn and also New Jersey. The views from the Crown are nice, but you will be looking out of a very small window in a really small room – it’s still a good experience in my opinion.

On the way back to Manhattan, make sure to find a spot on the right-hand side when facing the dock, as the boat will turn soon after leaving and you’ll enjoy stunning views throughout the ride.
You can get tickets for the ferry to the Statue of Liberty on the official website – this is the only site that sells tickets to the Crown. However, I shall warn you that the site can be a bit complicated, and once you get the tickets you still have to go to the ticket office to exchange them for a bracelet to get on the ferry – the overall experience is overly laborious if you ask me!

If you don’t care to go up to the Crown, you can also get tickets to visit the Statue of Liberty on third party booking sites. These tickets include the ferry from Battery Park.
Finally, for a more in depth experience there’s the option of booking this Early Access Statue of Liberty Tour with Statue Pedestal Access & Ellis Island Tour. The tour is run by reputable company Take Walks and lasts four hours, during which you have the chance of learning more about the history and the meaning of the Statue of Liberty. The tour doesn’t go to the Crown.
My post A Complete Guide To Visiting The Statue Of Liberty explains everything you need to know to visit New York’s most iconic attraction.
Liberty State Park
Liberty State Park is actually located in New Jersey (just as the Statue of Liberty, by the way!), in Jersey City.
If you are in New York, chances are you won’t really go all the way to New Jersey just for views of the city. But if you want a truly unique experience that is a bit more intimate compared to the one you get in New York, you should definitely consider!
From its waterfront on the Hudson River – there is the two-mile promenade known as Liberty Walk – you can get impressive views of the skyline of Manhattan and of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. There are plenty of places in the park where you can stop for a bite, a drink and to simply relax.
This is also the only spot in New Jersey from where you can take the ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
Make sure to visit the Empty Sky Memorial, the official State of New Jersey Memorial dedicated to the 750 people that lived in or had ties to New Jersey and who died during the events of 9/11 in the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Liberty Island Park is open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The easiest (but also the most expensive) way to get to Liberty State Park from New York is the Liberty Landing City Ferry. If you want a cheaper option, you can take the PATH train from the World Trade Center area to Exchange Place, then the local Hudson-Bergen Light Rail – HBLR to get to the park. You need to get off at Liberty State Park.

Brooklyn Bridge
Brooklyn Bridge is one of the symbols of the city. Its view is incredible, and just as well the views of New York City from the bridge are out of this world.
The bridge was built in 1883 to connect lower Manhattan to Brooklyn across the East River. It has a pedestrian walkway of 1,834 meters long (which is little over a mile).
You can access the bridge from Lower Manhattan: the entrance is across the street from the City Hall Park, on Centre Street. Along the bridge there are several places where you can rest and from where you can take amazing photos, so it is just about perfect. To top it off, it is 100% free!

Take your time to stroll along and take in the views. You’ll be able to see the East River, the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, the One World Observatory, the Statue of Liberty, the Williamsburg Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge.
One thing to keep in mind is that the Brooklyn Bridge can get really crowded. I was considering to run its length last time I visited, and was glad I decided against it as it would have been quite stressful since there were so many people on it. Consider going very early to avoid the crowds.

Brooklyn Bridge Park and Old Pier One
If you walk along the East River down to Brooklyn Bridge Park you can get great views, as you will be able to spot the Lower Manhattan Skyline.
The 85-acre park is located directly on the East River and consists of a beautiful garden with a nice promenade offering some good views in New York.
Brooklyn Bridge Park is open daily from 7:00 am to either 10:00 or 11:00 pm.
If you continue walking along the waterfront you will also get to Old Pier One, where the old wooden pier pilings directly facing Lower Manhattan provide the backdrop for stunning photos. You could go there for sunset – otherwise, if you visit during the day it’s never too busy so it’s a great spot!
Brooklyn Heights Promenade
The views of Lower Manhattan from Brooklyn Heights Promenade are incredible, and actually my favorite views in New York. I discovered it when I lived in the city and visited a friend, and since then I always make it a point to go whenever I am in the city.
What I find shocking is that there aren’t more people around – which means you can enjoy the views without being surrounded by crowds.

This still remains a local spot – there are people running, others strolling with their family or friends or with their dog, and there are benches along the promenade where you can sit and take in the views.
Along the 0.3 mile promenade you will be looking at Lower Manhattan and can also see New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty. It’s a really nice spot to visit at sunset, as you can see the sun go down right behind the skyline of Manhattan.

Time Out Market
If you are looking for a bite to eat while in Brooklyn, the Time Out Market is definitely a good option. There are lots of places to opt from at the ground level and also at the upper level – and often a very long line in front of the most popular ones (when we visited, Bark Barbecue seemed to be the most popular spot).
What some don’t know is that Time Out Market also has a terrace, from where you can enjoy great New York City views.
There are tables and chairs on the terrace where you can sit to eat, but they work on a first come first serve basis so you may have to wait a while before you are able to sit there. If you are lucky, you can enjoy your meal with a view!
We were rather lucky – as I was waiting for our pizza (by the way, very good Italian style gourmet pizza at Fornino) my friend waited on the terrace and managed to grab a spot when some other visitors left.
Time Out Market is open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 or 11:00 pm.
Washington and Water Street
For more views you can also walk to DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Overpass), a cute neighborhood of Brooklyn located at the intersection between Washington and Water Street.
Once an industrial area, it now is an artistic district and currently one of the most famous photo spots in New York. From there, you can spot the Manhattan Bridge in all its glory.
Don’t expect to find DUMBO and the streets around it quiet. I was just very lucky when I took the photo above (and my friend was very quick at snapping it), but I can assure you that there were a lot of people around me, all eager for a spot.
There are elevated spots along the street from where you can take good photos (again, you may need to stand in line for them). Even with all the crowds, this remains a fun spot to visit for the views.

Manhattan Bridge
While everyone decides to walk to Brooklyn via Brooklyn Bridge, you could consider walking there (or walking back) via the Manhattan Bridge. We decided to do that on our way back from Brooklyn last time I was there and were rewarded with what I think are some of the best views in New York.
Most of the bridge is fenced, but there are spots along the way where the fence is cut so you can find great photo opportunities. You can see Manhattan, the Brooklyn Bridge and (my personal favorite) Chinatown too.

You can access the Manhattan Bridge on the corner between Sands Street and Jay Street in Brooklyn. If, on the other hand, you are i Manhattan, you will be able to access it in Chinatown, on the corner of Bowery Street and Canal Street.
The Manhattan Bridge is not nearly as crowded as the Brooklyn Bridge – so it’s a fun spot to go for a run. One thing to consider, however, is that the train goes right along the pedestrian way so it gets very loud every time a train passes.
Williamsburg Bridge
Williamsburg Bridge is quite a sight but not many tourists ever walk this bridge as it connects to a lesser visited side of Brooklyn. Not many tourists go there, but Williamsburg is a very trendy and very multi-cultural neighborhood in Manhattan, with lots of bars and some of the most interesting street art in the city.
Of course, I have been there and if you have enough time during your trip and want to get a bit off the beaten path, I recommend going.
First of all, the bridge (which was inaugurated in 1903 to connect Williamsburg in Brooklyn to Manhattan) is beautiful to look at in and of itself – you will recognize it immediately from its bright pink color.
Secondly, from there you can enjoy great views of New York and of Manhattan Bridge. There is a pedestrian walkway and a bike lane, and it is obviously free to access.
If you are in Manhattan, you can access the Williamsburg Bridge walk at the intersection between Delancey Street and Clinton Street. If, on the other hand, you are in Brooklyn, you will find the access at the intersection of Broadway and Bedford Avenue.
Roosevelt Tram
This is a bit of a local secret and so budget friendly that you have to try it! You can get on Roosevelt Island tram with your MTA MetroCard. This cable car is guaranteed to give you impressive views of the skyline of Manhattan and the East River.
The tram runs every day, departing on average every 7 to15 minutes from 59th Street and Second Avenue in Manhattan and heading from Tramway Plaza on Roosevelt Island.
The Roosevelt Tram runs daily from 6:00 am to 2:00 am (Sundays to Thursdays) or 3:30 am (Fridays and Saturdays).
Time Warner Center, Columbus Circle
The Time Warner Center, in Columbus Circle, will grant you with one of the best views in New York, where you get to see the deep green hues of Central Park with the background of the skyscrapers.
This really is a shopping mall, with around 50 luxury shops and excellent restaurants (though there also is a Whole Foods there).
Make sure to go to the 4th floor for free views, or treat yourself to (expensive drinks) at The Aviary NYC, the bar of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel which is located on the 35th floor.
Metropolitan Museum of Art Rooftop Terrace
The Metropolitan Museum of Art is one of the best museums in New York, with an impressive display of art and archeological remains from various periods – there are Egyptian mummies, Pollock’s and Picasso’s paintings, pieces by Titian, Caravaggio, Filippo Lippi and Vermeer. There are even paintings by Van Gogh, Monet and Degas.
That should be enough to make you want to visit. But did you know that the MET (as it is often referred to) has a rooftop terrace (and a bar) from where you can admire incredible views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline?
It’s definitely worth checking out after you are done visiting the museum!
The MET is open every day but Wednesday. You are better off getting MET tickets in advance, though for a better experience I recommend this Meet The Met: Extended Metropolitan Museum of Art Tour offered on Take Walks. I took the tour myself last time I was in New York a few weeks ago and thought the guide did an impressive job at bringing the art on display to life!
GOOD TO KNOW: Once you leave the museum, you can actually go back in on the same day to visit more or – for example – to access the rooftop bar.

Central Park
Central Park is one of my favorite places to visit in New York. It’s packed of interesting attractions – Strawberry Fields, the Belvedere Castle, Alice in Wonderland statue, Bethsheda Fountain and Terrace: the list goes on.
It’s a great place to go for a run, a bike ride, a picnic and a bit of nature in the city (you can even go bird watching in Central Park!).
Needless to say, being at the very heart of Manhattan Central Park has some incredible views of the city’s skyline. There are many places where you can go for views, but I recommend heading to Wollman Rink for views of Midtown’s skyline.
Other fantastic spots for views of New York in Central Park are Bow Bridge, the Reservoir, Turtle Pond and the Pond, where you will find the best viewpoint in Gapstow Bridge.
From the Hudson River or New York City Harbor
For more impressive views from afar, why don’t you consider joining a Hudson River cruise or a cruise from New York City Harbor? The water proves to be an incredible vantage point to photograph the city, and there are lots of cruises that – while definitely touristy – are fun experiences for the family.
Cruises go along the Hudson River as well as the East River, so you will see Manhattan from two entirely different perspectives.
There are several options available, but these are the best ones that you can book online.
New York City Harbor cruise – During this cruise (which lasts between 2 and 3 hours, depending on what you pick) you’ll get to admire the Statue of Liberty, Lower Manhattan, and the Brooklyn Bridge. You have the option of a brunch cruise, or you can also go for lunch or dinner.
Holiday Cruise in New York – This highly rated experience is complete with live entertainment, drinks and cookies too. It’s perfect if you visit New York around Christmas time.
From the sky
The best views in New York are by far from the sky. Of course you may be lucky enough to get a good spot during your flight and see the city from above. I wasn’t so lucky on my last trip, unfortunately.
If you want to be certain to see New York from the sky, you could book a helicopter ride over Manhattan. It’s not exactly a cheap thing to do, considering it lasts no more than 15 minutes once you are in the sky. But it certainly is a memorable experience!

Final Considerations
So, what are the most beautiful views in New York? If the overview above has left you with questions, here are some final considerations for you.
First of all, unless you have a full week in New York, and a good budget to pay for it, there’s no need to go up each and every observation deck mentioned here.
If you have limited time, you should stick to the iconic places – the Empire State Building and the Top of the Rock. To me, this continue offering the most impressive New York City views. They are also located in Midtown Manhattan, which means it’s easy to fit them in your itinerary.
If you are looking for a fun experience and for fun photos, then head to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. If you want something a bit more relaxed, and are visiting in the warmer months, then the Edge is the place to go – you can spend time on the terrace enjoying stunning views.
If on the other hand you are visiting in the winter, perhaps consider going to the One World Observatory which is the only observation deck in Manhattan that doesn’t have a terrace. It’s easy to fit it in your itinerary if you are visiting the Statue of Liberty and then heading to 9/11 Memorial and Museum.
Finally, if you are watching out for your budget during your New York trip, I recommend picking just one observation deck (because you really want to see the city from above) and then enjoy the rest of the incredible and completely free to access views of New York City.
